From the North on Route 134: Head South on Route 134, past the traffic light at Upper County Road. Proceed towards Route 28. We are the third building on the left prior to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 134 and Route 28. It is a grey and white office building, #38. The sign in the front of the building says Puzio EyeCare Associates.
From Route 28: Coming from the East (Chatham), make a right turn at the traffic light onto Route 134. From the West (Hyannis), make a left at the traffic light onto Route 134. Directions to 119 Route 137, #B, East Harwich, MA
From the East or West on Route 6: Take Route 6, to Exit 11. Go left off ramp onto Route 137. Follow Route 137 to the light at the intersection of Routes 137 & 39. Go through the light and take the first left into Harwich Commons (Stop & Shop). Take a left before entering S&S parking lot and the second left into our office parking lot. We are directly behind Talbot’s. Look for us between the Orvis store and the hairdresser in the center location.
From Chatham: Proceed from your location to Harwich Commons (Stop & Shop). Just before the light at the intersection of Routes 137 and 39, take a right at the light into Harwich Commons (Stop & Shop). From Harwich Center: Proceed from Harwich center on Route 39 to the light at the intersection of Routes 137 and 39.
