Puzio Eyecare Associates - Dennis

I had a great experience at Puzio Eyecare Associates in Dennis. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. Dr Ernst is very thorough and personable, and she explains exam results very clearly. Saving the best for last … I worked with Ashley to select new frames. She is so talented at choosing styles that fit individual needs and face shape ! She is so patient and never caused me to feel rushed or silly for trying several choices. Ashley works hard to fit your frames and your budget … she is a great asset to the practice!

Dr. Puzio and staff are great. Explains things clearly ( even if it means my eyes are aging:)… couldn’t be nicer from start to finish. I’m 9 years and counting as a patient.

I had annual eye exam for my prescription eyeglasses with bifocals . The staff where great and my eye doctor Melissa Ernst Brent OD was very wonderful and listened to what I needed and said. I will always recommend you to friends and co-workers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Puzio for many years 10+. My children too. He is consistently on time for appointments, is always kind and thorough, never rushes, and answers all my questions. I feel well taken care of and I would recommend him.

I have been going here for 5 years. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The appointments are always very efficient. I appreciate their recent upgrade to have an online portal for easy maintenance and reference. Office is very clean. The only negative feedback I have is that the doctors seems to change often: I've only had the same one twice (the primary dr), but all of the doctors have been great.

Wonderful Practice, knowledgeable, have cared for my kids too. A patient there since 1985 & they have taken GREAT care of me & my eyes as I age & have developed issues to watch carefully.

I needed to have some lenses swapped around and they were very accommodating. The office stop seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful. The Opticians were kind. Overhearing other discussions they seem very competent. A nice selection of glasses too

Dr. Melissa Took the time to explain what was happening to my aging eyes and why. She also gave valuable education about choosing the lenses that would be most beneficial. I’m very happy with my glasses and the care I received at Puzio Eyecare - from the woman who checked me in and took my history to the doctor and to those who helped me pick out my lenses and frames and then ensured a proper fit when my glasses were ready. Puzio EyeCare Associates is an asset to the Cape Cod community.

Long story short: the Puzio team listens, they make recommendations based on data (not CYA or your insurance coverage), they explain their recommendations, and they take care of their patients.

Great place, staff, and service. I have been with them for about 15 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I brought both my children to them too. I have been to both the Harwich location and the Dennis location. Both locations provided great service with a smile.

I have been using Puzio Eyecare for years now. Dr. Matthew Puzio is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and down to Earth. He seems to have good management skills as well. Most of his employees have been there for a considerable time. A positive Doctors visit is always a welcome thing!

The whole staff is amazing. I have been coming here for 11 years. The newest surprise has been Dr Puzzio's discovery of a new dry eye treatment. As an 80 year old Nurse Practitioner I can report that it is life changing.

Phyllis is the heart and soul of Puzzio Associates. She provides outstanding customer service, and always makes all her patients feel valued. My kids have been going to Dr. Puzzio for over ten years.

Pleasant experience. The receptionist is extremely hospitable and helpful. I am always able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Matt and the entire staff are very competent and friendly. If you are considering contact lenses, they have a great price package which includes a follow up appointment. I also take my 10 year old son for his yearly check up. He has a developmental disability, which makes any Dr appointment difficult. The staff has always been wonderful in making his experience as stress free as possible.

The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Ernst is the first eye doctor I've seen in my long adult life who took the time to explain my variance in visual acuity simply and logically and gave me great advice on how to deal with it. I'd highly recommend Puzio Eyecare.

I have a severe "dry eye' condtion, and after a discussion with Dr. Puzio I decided to try the IPL & Lipaflow treatments. WOW!!! I have been taking restasis for years and tried a multitude of potential remedies with mediocre results. Dr. Puzio's treatment was like a "miracle " to me.. I would highly recommend Dr. Puzio and his experience with "dry eye" treatment. This dr's office is as professional and safe as there is anywhere. Great find on the Cape!!!!
